Hi, My name is Samuel Boyack, Sammy for short.  My humans, Karen and her boy, (and mine of course) Patrick, love me so much.  I love them too!  I am definitely a mama's boy, and never want to be far away from her.  If she leaves the room, I leave the room with her.  I received two honors this summer which I'm very excited to tell you about.  One greyhound picnic I went to, I was the "Sandwich Race Chempion".  My mom had to run with me from one end of a field to the other, give me a sandwich of jelly to eat, and then we raced back to the other end of the field in record time!  I ate the sandwich in a little more than one gulp, and beat all my cousins!  Another picnic we went to, I became the "Dunking For Dogs Champion".  For that title, I had to stick my head, yes you heard me right, stick my head in a bucket of water, and dunk for the hot dogs on the bottom.  Not one of my cousins would even do it, but I kept right on, until I had devoured all 27 pieces of hot dog!  My face and snout were quite wet, but I'd do just about anything for food!  I love to sneak up on the couch or beds, but have had an alpha problem, thinking mama is first, I am second, then my boy is third.  They are trying to tell me I have the order of 2nd and 3rd mixed up, so I am not allowed in these premium spots.  When mom catches me she sometimes calls me Sneaky Pete!  I do have my own beautiful, soft bed, but I still like theirs better.  I'm so glad I've been adopted, and my mom tells everyone, they don't know what they ever did without me.  I'm so blessed and so loved!!!  I'm five years old and have only been with my family for 1 year, but hope to live here FOREVER!
