We adopted Zance in March of 1992 directly from his racing trainer/owner, Donna Welch, in Mobile, Alabama.  Donna's daughter, Heather, was the local rep for GPA at that time.  Unfortunately, Zance passed away January 2000 at age 12 1/2, but I can never forget him, he was my "soul mate".  There were many times I wouldn't have made it without his soft shoulder to cry on.  I miss you, Zance!
